ZipTel started with a question I couldn't answer from a home listing alone: What would life actually feel like in this community?

After years working with data and analytics, I wanted to turn fragmented public information into something more useful—clearer answers about schools, housing, demographics, access, and the tradeoffs that matter to real people.

ZipTel is my attempt to make those answers easier to find, easier to trust, and genuinely helpful when life's biggest decisions are on the table.
